I think the price drop is dramatically overdue even as a nintendo fan. I would almost guess that nintendo is waiting for something... some sort of release that they could package with the system. I am unsure.. it's the curse of following a company dead set on zigging when you expect them to zag.
i'd like to see the windwaker art style but for once in the basic hyrule world and expand exponentially. I want at least 5 new tools / weapons if not more. Tougher puzzles and endless exploration. That would be my perfect LOZ title.

He makes good arguments for the core market shift to the wii as of late. This was actually a pretty well written editorial. I mean it is mostly opinions but at he backs those opinions up. Hopefully he is right and we are finally going to see nintendo return to pleasing it's fans with the titles we want. With passionate third parties following close behind.

you know... I don't consider getting the entire prime trilogy on one disc for 49.99 settling for that little. I don't consider having the system set to host muramasa: demon blade, the next dead space title, cursed mountain, tatsunoko vs capcom(w/ online), NMH 2, Monster hunter tri and sin and punishment 2 having it too bad.

lol... it's still funny that the ps3 takes as much electricity to run a year as a fridge. A freaking fridge! You could buy food in bulk and keep it fresh for what you spend a year in electricity for a ps3.

until someone shows me a side by side of screens from an ico title and this title showing extremely clear and exact duplications or that the plot is without a doubt ripped right off of an T-ico title. I call the titles potentially similar. I don't think a young boy protagonist mixed with artful architecture and lighting automatically equals plagiarism of an ico title.

except with making purposely faulty consoles, putting expensive proprietary technology in their consoles, and offering 2nd to none customer support. Then Nintendo certainly doesn't shaft their customers.

How awful for the sony propagandists. Wii sells octuple the number of systems as ps3 and 360 finally outdoes sojny in it's own country as well. I'm sure it has nothing to do with popular western franchises such as gears and mass effect taking hold in japan and everything to do with sony's new space heater coming to market. The fact that it's over 100 bucks for an overtechified pointless gadget bundled with another awful Tony Hawk game turned me off. Guess moron kids from the Playstation generation will probably eat this up due to the fact they have bought EVERY god awful Tony Hawk sequel and are far more eager for another. Meanwhile people who grew up on nintendo know better. Really, what other things will you be able to do with a skateboard controller other then play another unoriginal skateboard game.
