Shame everyone thinks they know everything from 6 screens. There still is a story that sounds pretty awesome and we already knew we were getting a classic style mickey so I am unsure why people are whining about that. He looks just like the early mickey versions. I still can't say anything other then a guy who knows how to make awesome games is making a game based on a franchise he personally adores. Basicly it's a system where you not only can't play old titles on it but is wholey dependant on you living near an constant wifi source. Does sony have any idea how many americans have 24/7 access to wifi so they can get games for it in the first place? Not to mention it costs more then the system that can still play old games and can do all the stuff the new system does.

Nintendo should provide it's own homebrew solution. It's the best way to combat it. Allow people to make games and such for the system. Little fun programs or even enable the dvd playback. But with them running the helm they could make sure it is used to expand on the possibilities of the wii while making sure users can't pirate games with it.
when kids say they love playstation they probably mean the ps2 though it's possible little tykes have more of the multiplatform kids titles comared to xbox. Since ps3 has so many fewer violent exclusives compared to 360. Perhaps it is more kid freindly. Then again this is a study of what kids like. Meaning all this is based off the responses of tiny youngins who aren't spectacularly reliable anyhow. In conclusion. Who cares( unless you have kids that is).
In what way was the n64 a failure compared to the Playstation? It had some of the most memorable games of all time. Maybe talking gamecube you caould say it was unsucessful but the n64 was pretty damn successful last I checked. I seemed to remeber everyone owning at least the system and goldeneye.

Reason number 1 makes alot of sense. The only reason I have pleanty of time to game is due to unemployment. I remember when I worked a full time professional gig it was damn near impossible to game. That's why i took such an affinity to mario kart wii at the time. you can do alot in 1 hour of gameplay in that title. Which was typically all I got.
