I don't buy a lot online, but I took it as an investment.
Now I'm playing Critter Crunch...and although I don't think I would be missing something otherwise, I might think differently later on.
I admit it is a gamble for me.
It should be obvious. PSN+ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH XBOX LIVE!!
PSN+ is supposed to drive content to the Playstation Store. That's all...it is free games and discounts on games.
It is not paying for online capabilities. Sony seems content to give us that free and keep it open for devs like Valve.
Other than the fact you are paying around $50 for something, apples and oranges.
If there was an XBLA+, then MS would be giv...

I don't know what you are talking about, but I'm talking about sales.
As proud 360 fanboys are about Halo, you'd think I wouldn't have this many disagrees.
Hope she's nice out the bedroom for ya...
I always like a nice, sweet girl whose a freak behind doors.
Right on brother.
They act as if they are protecting their right, but what is that right?
They believe they have the corporate right to make money in every conceivable way short of fleecing the consumer. That's capitalism unchecked.
Far too few of THQ's games are worth $60. I wouldn't buy them if they were used at $10 anyway. Maybe they should worry about producing some good games first instead of compensating for their lack of...
True...Metal Gear Solid has had eight games in the past 15 years, but five of those were on the PSP (Acid 1, Acid 2, Portable Ops, and Peace Walker).
Looking just at home consoles, it is just four games in the past 15 years.
Meanwhile we've had four Halo games in the past five years - a third of the time MGS has for the same period.
Still I'm a Metal Gears fan, and I wouldn't care if Kojima milked it so long as the quality was the...
But none of those games can replace a Halo or a Gears. That is my point.
I'm sure we will see some new IPs eventually. They absolutely have to. Microsoft is not that stupid, at least collectively. Greenberg and Tsunoda on their own...maybe.
Kingdoms won't become a success on the 360 like Halo or Gears unless it is a shooter.
Halo is going on its sixth game. Microsoft has to have either a Halo or Gears in 2012 if it wants to be relevant.
1, 2, 3, Wars, ODST, Reach
I don't have sympathy for companies feeling cheated about used games. I'm sure GM doesn't want me to buy a used car when I can buy new. They wouldn't cause the motor to stop running if I decide to sell my Impala. When I buy a game, it is physically mine to do with as I please and that includes sell it.
Plus this is going to impact rentals as well. I'm actively looking for reasons to save money. Not having a rental to check a game out means I won't...
Kinect's doing that pretty well. Cool. Cute too.
But facial recognition is out...you'll get mauled by a Kinectimal.
Sara Kutaragi...?

The opposite problem I had with the EyeToy - in other words not a problem.
This calls for co-op Sony, and I want more than just an option to choose characters. I want some interaction in the storyline for them as well.
Nintendo has this big family of characters, and now Sony does too.
"the notion of an Incredible Hulkette or Wolverina wouldn’t sit well with Marvel’s lawyers."
X-23 says hi, and everyone is Hulked out these days.
I'd go for a $299 price for a blue Move branded 40 GB Slim with Move Controller with Navigator, PSEye, and a downloadable copy of Echochrome II.
That is what it is suppose to do, homeboy.
I was sold with Heavy Rain - I knew Move would go with Heavy Rain when I played the game demo - but Echochrome will be my launch game.
My PS3 says bug off
I think we can expect all Sony Exclusive FPS will have Move functionality in the future where they have buttons.
That'd be awesome.
