Not at all familiar with ShopRite...! Are they trustworthy?

Not much for a list when there are others.

Unless you are into RPG's, Bloodborne is the only one of note. But there's Let It Die, Until Dawn and Hellblade are definitely games I'm looking forward to seeing this year. There are others I think are scheduled still for this year - Tomorrow Children, Ratchet and Clank, that Rapture game, etc.

Read the article Pappy. More like the PS4's detractors are the ones with the conspiracies. As for the bias against innovative game (i.e. cinematic and story driven)...OBVIOUS!!!

With big homie Phil Spencer at the helm, I think this is the gen for MS exclusives having both quality and quantity - like we're normally used to with PlayStation. Great time to own both for the upcoming holiday.

I thought Hellblade was multiplat and never heard GT7 was coming out this year...?

Still a great line-up, but it has nothing to compete with Tomb Raider like Uncharted, which would have undoubtedly overshadowed Tomb Raider.

Saw the Order at Disc Replay for 42.99. Should have got it, but I'm going to purchase it new. But going to finish Uncharted 3 and Batman Arkham Origins from my backlog first. Saw a lot of the game on Twitch and I know it will be worth my coin.

Can't wait to see the screen shots. Looks like it will have multi-play co-op. Sony's Lair was a disappointment last gen. Hopefully this will sate my dragon fix. It does look rather ambitious to boot.

They don't think it is the most anticipated...derp.

Gameinformer is owned and shilled by GameStop. They have more lucrative income streams and a subscription model.

I'm sure it was an open-ended question. How they code it is another matter.

LOL...yeah Sony had its chance. XBox One owners should have subscribed. EA is just trying to add value to its service, nothing wrong there. Access subscribers just enjoy you extra week and ignore the haters.

Game journalism is an oxymoron. Most of the gaming "news" is by fanboys for fanboys. N4G is a testament to that. Even if one started out with some sense of journalistic integrity, that goes out the window with click bait articles getting the most attention and thus money.

Maybe Brian Williams can get a job at IGN.

Try to be less butt hurt, fanboy.

True.

XBox was the premiere system for multiplayer last gen. Paid pubs/devs to keep games off the competition. Gave us achievements and gamer scores before Sony. Rolled out the innovative Kinect. They did a lot of things right to build brand equity and loyalty.

I agree the author acts like the PS4 was the only reasonable choice for a console, which is almost as dumb as your stealth mention of the Order o...

Brand loyalty infers that you like something outside the ordinary specs of the console that retains your business. But you don't get that loyalty without doing something right in the first place. That could have been LIVE, past games and timed exclusives early last gen, etc....anything.

I think a part of it may be because the original XBox or the 360 was their first console. I would love to see this extended to the sixth gen, but I would no way call it blind.

Wow, pretty solid games for 360. Like with PSN, it seems last gen consoles get better games for their respective programs. Still Rayman ain't no slouch either. Good showing.

How am I contradicting myself? When you consider scores less than 6, many of the reviews themselves were abysmally poor. They were knee jerk reactions going along with internet opinion, which was like a arcade driving game being judged poorly for not being like Forza or GT.

We knew what they were aiming for in a game, but elitist won't accept R@D's vision for their own game. Don't buy it if it ain't for you, but don't dissuade people who would enjoy it ...

I guess those who are taking significantly more time to experience the game and formulate a well-thought out opinion are finally chiming in. The metacritic score increasing.

4132d ago 32 agree13 disagreeView comment

That was a self-serving and ridiculous comparison. You stole one turd too many.

4132d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

I say read the reviews not the scores, being aware of biased fanboy opinions from quasi-journalists and focusing on the objective descriptions of the game. Watch game play videos and decide from there.

Some of the most critical reviews for the Order are not the 1/5's or the 4/10's. They are the 7's and 8's. But they invite you to be more open minded on what a game is so you can still have an awesome experience, if you so choose.

It is risk/...

I hope so. My girlfriend still plays GH, but only with a controller, and she needs something new. I'm trying to get her into Rocksmith as she plays around with an acoustic. But she hasn't. GH and fighter games are the only ones that interest her.
