Great if a $20 PSN game.
all potheads will say cigarettes are much worse than marijuana.
Marijuana has both anti-carcinogens and carcinogens, causing some to believe they may cancel out since it hasn't been linked to lung cancer.
The physical make up of the smoke is so different that it doesn't permeate the lungs as much as tobacco smoke, so it really doesn't cause huge rates of bronchitis either.
"unlike hardcore gamers, who can be counted on to open their wallets in good times and bad, people who play games more casually can be fickle."
Exactly why Move is courting the hardcore as well.
Even potheads will tell you...weed is not healthy. That is what he means, canceling out any total health benefit.
Or are you upset because you expected it to be like LIVE?
I was actually pumped about it then saw some footage that turned me off afterwards. you punch a lot air and the camera is poor.
The one game I thought was lame is my favorite Move casual title, Tumble.
As long as no one has anything close to LIVE, it will remain to be so. Plus it hasn't been stagnant at all. MS is always adding features and improvements. LIVE is more than just standard fare when content is constantly being added - it remains innovative!
Duh...! Not every criticism is fanboy trolling.
He wants the Forza GOTY and Alan Wake on a disc. He thinks MS could have done better. So what.
Right. LIVE already makes the 360 innovative. The actual console...not so much. Kinect isn't a big leap forward...Obviously Move isn't either. Casual doesn't mean gaming in of itself is progressing...just the industry/business (important too though).
LIVE is still the most awesome aspect of the 360.
Some of you actually believe there's a big XBox 360 conspiracy going. Myself, I don't know if this ioi dude is a 360 fanboy, nor do I care.
I have never put much stock in vgchartz, because I just assumed it was just the speculation of some fan. I'd expect some errors. If vgchartz sources a Microsoft, NPD, or an EEDAR, then fine.
By default, it should be taken with a grain of salt IMHO.
I'm trying to get my niece to buy this for her son for Christmas just so I can try it out. I'm a stinker sometimes, but I'd buy Kinect Adventures for him if she does.
That little green Android is branded by Google. These companies are using that green android in every advertisement. You see it in stores and circulars from Best Buy to Verizon Store. Google owns that. Google owns that branding.
That is worth as much if not more than the source code itself. One is a fool to think that a company is not going to make money off that. It may be a lot, it may be a little. IMHO this puts the burden of proof on you, but neither of us really k...
Is there a way to look up your old comments? The update seems redundant, but removing a way to look up comments kind of defeats the purpose for me posting sometimes (i.e., asking questions and laughing at disagrees).
Aha! But yet there is a license! Open source means that you can modify it. Modifying it doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it. Trust me. Everytime that little robot comes up for Motorola, T-Mobile, whomever...Googles is getting a fat check. They're selling their phones off Google's brand.
*circles around ears*
It doesn't matter if they make billions or not. What matters is market share. Google just need to meet enough its needs...
A company existence is to make more and more money. Making 4 billion a year is good if you don't want to grow. People however rather invest in growth companies so they have a return of investment. Microsoft is a good investment, but you won't have that much more as a shareholder at the end of the year.
Shareholders get a higher return from growth company and emerging technologies. Microsoft had a hand opening a way for all the Google's and Facebooks, but it now...
Oh right...I guess the GOOGLE'S Droid op is free, huh?
It might be...but it is more likely it won't be making that money from mobile phones, search engines, cloud computing...etc..
Microsoft is copying everyone in those areas not leading in any shape form or fashion. With LIVE Microsoft has a niche with the 360. With Windows and Office, it has a lock although there's not much growth there - everyone gets it.
DanteKnights et al.,
He's talking about the DLC. I bought interdiction, but haven't been able to play as much as I would like to. They require more than 64 players for one, so I don't think it is because no one is buying the DLC. I think it is people get impatient and know they can pop into a game of Suppression instead.
Still if my sorry butt can have 85% more sniper kills than the rest of the folks on MAG, a large percentage of folks just have...
Omega4, you are a shmuck, but I not only agree with you, I hope you are right. I think Kinect is cool as a technology, but games are going to have to sell it for me as a gamer - not saying it won't mind you. But I can get dizzy at thinking of the possibilities of a suite of face/voice recognition and 3D motion detection. It is in its infancy, but imagine the possibilities in Sports science and Physical Rehabilitation, Security and Surveillance, Computer-assisted education, etc.

Can't you just play Brink. j/k
I loved Mirror's Edge, but not killing a lot of people in the game made me feel I didn't achieve anything but run my ass off and save my sister at the end. The gameplay at the end had what you need in a sequel - running and shooting/melee(choice is yours).
The "Still Alive" end song was as dope as the "Still Alive" song in Portal, and Ropeburn is still my favorite name for a NPC this generation. ...
