Sorry to burst your bubbles(i know im gonna get many disagrees with this) but here,Crytek confirmed shader heavy situations runs better on 360 while heavy physics on ps3,and before you say they dont use SPUs take a look at quot abowe,he says everything runs on spus.Then you realize shaders=gfx,physics=/= not.

Noup neither is one thread locked for OS neither is one spu locked for OS,that doesent make any sense.Threads are there so when you get bottleneck from running on one thread second can take it from there,though not to be mistaken that it gives you 2x performance,theoretically its more 35% but in real life even less.I think 360 os uses 3% of PPU 0 and 1% of PPU 1,PPU 2 is not used...similar situation is on ps3,only there is OS running on one ppu.

Ive been telling people that 360 is not dumbed down PC and to run game on 6 threads with maximum efficiency is EXTRA hard.Castlevania looks better then any 360 exclusive to date and is mutliplat,shame on MS...
To be honest that was expected.You dont change winning horse(standard gpu architecture),especially for not most economical solution.I mean benchmarks show 5% better performance then top of the line Ati at the same time fermi is much much more expensive to make not to talk about price/performance ratio which is real downfall of this kind of gpu,add that almost year and half delaying and wasting money,fermi is not looking at bright future.
