You also didn't mention that Recore and Sea of Thieves are slated for this year. I doubt Recore gets delayed
Microsoft is a lot better with releasing their games when they say they will

Neo development kits are already in the hands of developers because Sony has a mandate of games releasing later this year have to have a Neo mode

6 tflops is extremely doable for Microsoft
