In my own experience I've seen a person recommend a PS4 at a store "because it does 1080p" so you're incorrect. Do you guys honestly think information doesn't spread like a wildfire

If the Scorpio is powerful (it will be) and has great games it will sell. Developers complain about the current consoles being underpowered so they'll welcome the Scorpio

If they are releasing the Neo this year then there's a great chance it will get outperformed by the Scorpio next year

One of the main reasons the PS4 has been selling so well is its power so it's funny to hear this when this console generation has been all about 1080p this, 900/720p that
The development kits are already out in the wild so there likely won't be any adjustments to the Neo unless Sony delays it
The Scorpio will have the biggest power advantage of 2 tflops if they don't delay the Neo
