Yep, PS3 has the best games right now and the best value, so I'm hoping MS has something big on their hands. I really thing XBL should go Free. A price drop might happen, but the arcade is already 199 so I think it's less likely. The biggest thing they could do is make XBL free.

Natal won't do much. It's laggy and I don't see many people going for it. The price will also be an issue. Didn't MS say they wanted to price at upwards of $199? Natal has to be around $49-$59 to be able to compete. If it's more than $99 it will not go well with casuals.
I'm not even saying anything fanboyish. Look, the difference betweent he PS3 and 360 price cuts is that the PS3 was expensive while the 360 has been at 199 for quite a while. Since the PS3 was expensive, a price cut would have greater effect. The 360 is already cheap so a price cut wouldn't really matter. See the difference?
