There's way too many GOTY contenders this year. Personally, I think it'll probably go to GOWIII or maybe TLG if it releases.
It's more of a shooter than an RPG. Or at least I'm guessing that's why they put it as a negative.

unparalleled... except by Sony. Seriously, MS' lineup is great, but it's nothing compared to Sony who wins in both quantity and imo quality.

All three are seventh generations consoles whether you like it or not. the highest rated exclusive is on the Wii (SMG) and there's a lot of great games.
The ONLY reason people discredit it (especially the 360 side) is becuase it's a Sales monster. 360 fans like bragging about sales, but if the Wii is brought into the equation 360 sales (both hardware and software) are minuscule. That's why nobody mentions the Wii. Becuase it destroys the other two in sales.

Secret trophies are normally story related so you just have to play the game.
Rebirth for the 360 maybe. The PS3 has been going strong since 2008 with amazing genre defining exclusives and will continue to do so in 2010.
The beta was good, just not for me. I'm gonna get ME2 so MAG will have to wait a while.

See, no one's even mention PS3 games and it's a 360 fan that starts the comparisons. Seriously, don't even try. Comparing to Ps3 exclusives will end up in the 360 side loosing every time.
Well that's kinda dumb. Put a mainly Japanese game on a console that barely even sells in Japan? Wow, talk about a dumb move. I call it right now, timed exclusive.
I'm not trying to hate, it's only logic. It's like making FF exclusive to the 360 in Japan. You just don't do that unless you get a really big pay check. I can safely say, for all the hype, I'm very disappointed.
