Both SCC and ME2, and perhaps Gears 3 will all come to PS3. MS was STUPID enough to rely on third parties, something Sony learned not to do and now they'll have to pay the price.

stupid bot. Can you tell the difference? Digital Download won't work for consoles for a long time due to their big size (sometimes over 50GB for PS3 games). Try downloading that much and see how long it takes. Portable games on the other hand are just 1GB. It's much more plausible for Digital Download to work on portables.
