Unless turn 10 is making it or MS sold the IP PGR3 is not happening anytime soon.
I say MS buy the whole THQ Library keep all games Multi-plat seeing as how their a publisher also. (except for SR ,make that one exclusive to next Xbox)

As a consumer I think MS has heard the cries ,whining & concern from fans about lack of exclusives. They just seem to be handling it in a form where it does not cost tons of cash for both the developer & themselves but where it is still profitable for both parties while satisfying the consumer it just happen to be a slow process. Here hoping for a ton of awesome 1st ,2ND party IP & some great 3rd party new IP ,sequels, prequels.
