What the hell are you talking about
In my opinion, DmC was a much better game as well. I didn't mind the new style, music and combat, I actually prefer everything about it to any DMC so far.
I'm not a big fan of the cringy touchy feely cinematics and anime design style DMC4 has. Everything about it screams teenager. Not to say DmC wasn't "teenage", but not to that extent.
I know I'll get a lot of disagrees on this, but I would actually have preferred DmC2 over DMC...
Take that back!
the question is do you have a 100000/1 k/d ratio
But I like Joel more :/
Sounds more like a game issue, not a console issue
still makes more sense than Battlefield going back to 1 and then to 5
Battlefield games never truly die. You can still play Bad Company 2, there are plenty of (full) servers still running. Same goes for BF3, BF4 and BF1 will be no exception.
Even though I'm not a fan of the Premium package and locked DLCs, they do offer significant value (which would be better if at least the weapons weren't locked).
Battlefield games are big. They won't just fade away.
You're talking different games in different genres with different gameplay mechanics.
Tomb Raider should be as far removed from an RPG as possible.
Just as RPG elements killed the last one for me, further expanded RPG elements already killed this one in my book.
At the price it's available for now, it's a pretty good game.
Kratos kills everything greek because he hella mad about being tricked into killing his family.
There you go.
It hasn't even crossed my mind to buy Blops4 next to Red Dead Redemption 2. Call of Duty has no power here.
It wouldn't have fared any better
I have a sneaking suspicion that this remaster will just improve textures, res and framerate. No new-engine visual goodies :(
I can agree with the first three, although I had a lot more trouble with Laurence than with either Ludwig or the Orphan of Kos. Ludwig and the Orphan were both making me controller-smashing-mad, but the death count on my first Laurence boss fight was basically Ludwig + Orphan. Damn near gave up on it, but I didn't since he was the last remaining boss in that playthrough.
Because most gamers played it when they were much younger and because we live in an age where every game must have every popular element and be overly complicated to accommodate as many features as you can possibly cram in an open world semi rpg action adventure with multiplayer features and 2 year dlc plans and multiple game modes, protagonists, genders, races etc.
These are throwbacks to simpler times, when games were clunky and simplistic yet fun and exciting. I welcome ...
Make me.
I might actually get this, the DS4 is good but the analog sticks design (not placement) is wonky after using a 360 controller on my PC for a long time. I've grown up with PS consoles and controllers and I can't wrap my hands around any DualShock comfortably after using the 360 controller.
i don't understand the issue with anisotropic filtering. Isn't it basically free?
