Thus this is a GPU benchmark. A CPU benchmark would have other, cheaper CPUs.
Check out GameGPU's benchmark when it's out, they test CPU performance extensively as well as GPU.
R9 290 level performance, possibly just under the 970.
I'm having trouble even running the game. CPU usage shoots up to 100% even in the menu, can't do crap then. Horrible, horrible PC version.
Kind of like Counter-Strike.
If they wanted to delay Tomb Raider, they'd have to do more than a week since Fallout 4 isn't the type of game you finish so soon.
@crazychris4124
You'd sooner hit the performance cap than the VRAM cap either way, so that VRAM difference is completely negligible.
Fair enough.
@Flex
People don't hate the Xbox. PC gamers expect a Halo game on PC sooner or later since, you know, 1 and 2 were on PC. Same with Gears of War.
That's why MS needs to get their wording right. It's confusing not to know whether to expect a PC version of something or not.
Why would they. It's not like the game runs well on any hardware. At all.
Judging by the photo, it's Dunia engine again. Which sucks.
Well, at least it'll be a bigger reskin than FC4 was.
Well, if it wasn't for Kojima, Silent Hills would never had had the appeal it had before it died. Kojima is a brilliant game designer, not afraid to take risks.
With letting him go they ruined not only the future of Metal Gear, but also the revival of one of the most revered horror games in existence.
That, to me, sounds like a bad business decision.
Most likely just implementing Denuvo.
I literally burst into laughter at "MGS doesn't need Kojima".
If it ever gets a remaster, I wouldn't expect 60fps if I were you.
Crysis 3 is both CPU and GPU heavy. With that weak little CPU the consoles have 60fps will be practically impossible.
Pointless test all around.
Aaaaah, the quality of the video. It's hurting my eeeeeyes
Batman Beyond ftw
I freaking hated Blighttown and the Gutter.
I got 13.5hrs of gameplay and I'm only at 28% completion. And at this moment, hell yeah, I hope so. I can't get enough of it.
I seriously hope they have plans for a sequel as well. It can evolve into so much more!
I think so, easily. The 780 isn't that much different from a 970 and a 970 blazes through F4 without an issue, apparently.
What's bothering me now is my i5 3570k. Digital Foundry mentioned the game can and will utilize 8 threads equally.
