Only NFS2016, Rivals and The Run were on Frostbite, each one on a new iteration of the engine. Also, Frostbite is one of the best engines in existence and I can see why EA devs are using it basically everywhere.
On a side note, I had fun with RIvals. Not so much with NFS2016. But this pack is good if you're into arcadey racers once in a while or just to gawk at the beautiful vistas and visuals, but not for this high price.
I appreciate the effort you put into the comment. At least now I know what the game is about.
I never understood what was so special about Yakuza games.
What I want to know is why would anyone care?
Who cares when DX11 is still performing better than DX12 for some strange reason?
Curious, how did you get splitscreen on two monitors? Because it doesn't look pretty on my 24" monitor and I could use my livingroom TV as a second screen.
Good luck hitting 60fps and when you don't, remember that this game is rendering at 720p and upscaling to whatever you set it to. Oh, and all the while it looks average with superbly idiotic AI and less depth and details than Mafia 1.
Welcome to 2016, where gaming is dead and soulless.
This is amazing news! Definitely getting Gears 4!
Laptops dispel heat less efficiently and are thus don't last as long as a desktop can. Basically the only plus side of having a laptop for gaming is that you can carry it around. Not much else.
This about outlines my satisfaction with the remasters. Barely any difference compared to the originals, which is a huge shame because both games deserve much more.
Battlefield games always required a beefy CPU. It's one of the rare games where an i7 makes a huge difference in performance over an i5.
What surprises me is that the FX6350 is put in the same league as an i5 6600K. That's not how it usually performed, even in Battlefield where the higher core count is relevant.
Should be fine since it's DX12 only.
Yup.
That's why Bad Company 2 rocks. Glad to see BF1 should as well.
Sorry, accidentally disagreed instead of agreed.
I want more MGS5 and I want more Big Boss.
They'll milk the hell out of the series. It'll become like everything else. I fear the series might end up like Assassin's Creed.
Rise of the Tomb Raider got fully cracked about 40 minutes after that bypass was fixed. Denuvo has fallen, again. No doubt they'll fix it and no doubt it will fall again.
I'm tired of this crap from Konami.
Animation and AI wise it looks like it's from the early PS3 era. The formula has massive potential, but the game is not polished whatsoever. I'd expect that kind of level of polish in a free to play title, not a next gen game.
Here's what I bet is going to happen:
1080Ti goes unmatched, hella expensive.
AMD cards neck and neck with the rest of Nvidia's lineup, BUT:
-much higher power consumption
-worse support for anything not DX12 related
