As will I, GiggMan. As will I. But I will be playing them nonetheless!
At least it was submitted as an opinion piece. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Copyright rules? It usually isn't copyright rules that hardware manufacturers use to protect consoles. It is usually patent law.
It's quite a stretch to say that because video game consoles might connect to the internet via wireless connection they may be subject to the same rules as mobile phones. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Based on the success of the Wii it's hard acknowledge that any of the things listed in this opinion piece are things that really need to be fixed. There's plenty of fun to be had with real friends in the same room, so while online would be nice it has hardly held the Wii back on the adoption curve.
Personally I feel that the lack of a fully integrated online service has caused Nintendo to focus on making games that have actual depth as opposed to generic online shoote...
Nice features on the new Sony laptops. But it would be more awesome if Sony allowed you to do those things from any laptop, not just their laptops.
I guess it could be a browser upgrade, but to me the tweet wasn't all that specific about what the update is. Instead of news this probably should have been submitted as rumor, but that's just my opinion.
I wonder how much power that thing uses?
My two favorite fighting franchises, one game. Gotta have this.
These commercials used to come on during Saturday morning cartoons. The Mario Bros. one and the Pitfall one I distinctly remember.
But isn't sitting to play contrary to everything that Kinect is about? You aren't in motion if you're sitting still.
That's too bad, because Galaxy 2 is an awesome game.
This sure got the fanboys all wrapped around the axle, didn't it?
All I'll say is that on it's own the images of this game look good. Konami has obviously put some work into the game. Can't wait to see it for myself.
I'm looking forward to this game!
Interesting article I guess, but very poor title.
Common sense in the article, though. It's easy to see how many people didn't read the article. It isn't saying that the amount of CPU Kinect uses is a definitely a problem. After all, there's no way Sony could know how much CPU Kinect uses. It's saying that it could be a problem depending on how many system resources a game needs.
Very poor title.

Tetris was an amazingly addictive game. It shows how powerful a simple, accessible design can be. When Tetris was teamed up with the Gameboy it made that little monochrome handheld virtually unstoppable.
It will be welcome for me. I'm on my third streaming disc. The first one cracked and I lost the second one. Disc-less is always best.
Sony listwars FTW!
The only real support from anyone is from people who put cash down and buy one. There is no real support of anything until that happens. People get onto forums like this one and go on and on about loving one brand or hating another. It's one thing to profess support, but it is something else entirely to slap the money down and put some real skin in the game.
I need to pick up a new copy of Tekken 6. I loaned mine to a coworker and he moved shortly afterward. *sigh*
