@Death I'm talking about resolution and framerate. Third party games just won't run as well on Xbox One hardware whether it be resolution or framerate and sometimes both because of Xbox One's somewhat weaker hardware. On that front PS4 definitely has a huge edge with third party support and they have even announced more third party exclusives are on the way. Also indie shovelware? Really? Since when is No Man's Sky shovelware? Or Mighty No. 9? Or Shovel Knight? There are indie...
Didn't really think of it that way. If I had made a game and another company burned me like that, I'd be pretty bitter too. But then you are right the people who did the burning aren't even at Nintendo anymore so why still be bitter at this point?
Hmm interesting reason. I've seen people avoid Nintendo for their policies today. This is the first time I've seen a dev avoid them for issues from yesteryear. Can't blame them, but hopefully they will give Nintendo another try someday.
Shaping up pretty well to me! The demo I played at Smash Fest was a lot like Brawl but faster and no tripping which is exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to try out Pac-Man! Now if only they could get Wreck-It Ralph in there...
I don't know what to think of it personally. On one hand it's tough to see another company baited by Microsoft's money but on the other the XB1 needs more exclusives if it hopes to compete with PS4 and on some level Wii U. Think about it: PS4 is getting a whole lot of third party support some of which is exclusive and Wii U has strong first party and second party exclusives. Microsoft has Halo, Sunset Over drive and third party games that don't run as well as PS4 ones. Smart m...
Maybe I'm alone in this, but she's kinda cute. Clever how the tunic works like a skirt. If that's what a female Link would look like I'd be cool with it.
Incredible! O_O
I was going to offer a very long comment talking about how great Robin was and how much I will miss him and his comedy, but all of you guys have done a superb job as is. Rest in peace Robin and thank you DragonKnight for opening up this dialogue for us on N4G. A truly sad day, but one that in some small way is clearly bringing us together as a community. Hang in there and smile on everyone. I think it's what Williams would have wanted.
Based on the screens in the article this PC version of the game doesn't look nearly as visually appealing lol. You would probably be better off running it in Dolphin.
Congrats on your purchase! Hope you enjoy both systems. Maybe I'll see you online in Smash 4. :D
I'd sure say so! It's definitely one of the best games I've played and not just because it has great retro nostalgia but just for being very fun and very well designed. :)
I'm actually with you on that. I like having more games to choose from on PS3 or on PS4 or whatever console I choose but the exclusives are always my first priority and Sony's are the best in my humble opinion. I wouldn't want to spend the money to play Assassin's Creed if I wasn't already enjoying The Last of Us.
As would I having only gotten mine a couple of months ago. Nintendo will make as much money as they can on software and be done with it. The launch of their next system will hopefully be a smarter one.
Posting the same news over and over again isn't news.
I agree. It's basically a clickbait article meant to get a rise out of anyone who doesn't like the console. There are no facts to back up the statement of Wii U is winning. I love the thing and it is doing a heck of a lot better but it's not out of the woods yet.
Yay! Been waiting all year for this one. :D
I wouldn't call it perfectly fine. That's a lot of money to not make back. But at least Microsoft seemed to have learned their lesson and will have greater focus on gamers.
You don't need to win a war to make money. The gamecube didn't sell very much at all but it made Nintendo money. You can make a lot more money by being in first place but it's not something you have to do. So it's not really delusional at all to say that.
You know that Wii U hardware has been selling the same and sometimes more than XB1 since Mario Kart came out right? :/
Yeah, I gave it a little more thought and it does seem kind of silly when the people who did that to them aren't even at Nintendo anymore. I understand why they are bitter but they should probably give Nintendo a second shake since Nintendo is hardly the same company from back then right now.
