So $250 with the console, a bundled Skylanders game and a gift card for an additional game. I might just have to pick this one up.
With me it's never anything like that. I just get so addicted that I refuse to stop playing until early in the morning lol.
lol You too? Video games help expand the imagination, so it would definitely make sense as to how they improve dreams. No joke, I once dreamed of a nuclear explosion after playing Metal Gear Solid 3 for the first time.
Good that Gearbox is maintaining some integrity. After the Aliens fiasco they have a lot of respect earning to do.
I certainly would hope not. I really want to play that game. =[
I was pretty indignant about it at first, then I was indifferent. Now I think it's not so bad. As long as Facebook doesn't use for anything stupid (which is doubtful), then it's all good. One of the concepts they talked about was people watching movies together online using digital avatars. That is SO cool. I really want to do that with my friends who aren't close by. :)
That's actually a very fair opinion. CandySwipe is most certainly a casual game. However I'm sympathetic because one man's successful project was basically yanked out from under him from scumbag company. I feel like he deserves a second opportunity. And yes, some people do enjoy casual games, even candy themed ones. :P
I believe this is actually made by the guy that King ripped off and then used loopholes to steal the copyrights that allowed him to gain revenue. I absolutely hope this gets funded so that he can get revenue again.
Same here. My #2 would be DmC. Kind of surprised Twin Snakes and Splatterhouse were on this list.
Oh now you see, I was actually camping out in front of Gamestop by the time the Direct was over. So I pre-ordered my copies. About 8 times. On each platform.
Nah, I'm kidding. I haven't pre-ordered mine yet. Hopefully I can soon though!
Well that clinches it. He was talking about both and for whatever reason the author omitted the portion about the Xbox One. As I said before, that's pretty lame.
Pretty lame journalism right there. :/
I disagree. Infinite's plot was definitely crazy, but I'm hard pressed to find another big name published shooter that actually took the plot elements it did. It had themes of isolation, racism, greed, religion and it did a lot of risky things with them. And the gameplay was just a fun shoot out. So you had the fun gameplay and the interesting storytelling. I still strongly believe it deserves the praise it received.
Thank you for clearing that up in a single sentence. :P
The Kinect had potential, but like the Wii mote, the Move controller and most recently the Wii U gamepad, it's underutilized and commonly viewed as useless and gimmicky. Shame too because the technology is capable of some cool things.
Ultimately my pick is PS4. It has the better specs and I like Sony's exclusives more than Microsoft's. Also indie support! Xbox One has some good points too though. A lot of the side features they have are pretty neat, and hopefully the cloud and Direct X12 will give it an edge for Xbox fans.
That's normally how it works I guess. Many smaller devs make their games on PC architecture then move it over to consoles. Many of the big name devs do it the other way around, I think. Which is why PCs often get bad console ports. This is not one of those games it would seem. :)
No kidding! Those cross-buy Jak/Daxter and Retro City Rampage deals are insanely good!
Is it really Mass Effect "4" though? I heard it's not going to pertain to Shepard at all. So shouldn't have a new name and not a number? If it's a brand new arc and not part of the Shepard trilogy, there really should not be a 4 in the title.
Me too. I don't have the money for a PS4 right now anyway, and I love my PS3 copy. May sell it to a friend later on to get this one after it's cheaper though. :)
