First of all,.. not by much is true,.. It is not like your games have somehow higher geometry count ipso facto (Sorry I don't even have a 4K tv,.. Doubt the difference between full HD and 4K is as significant as between lower resolutions,..Law of diminishing returns is true,.. Hell even 900p does not look that horrible,.. If you were to play this at 144hz or g-synched would probably be preferable than resolution boost,.. (but then again ,.. native reso is awesome)
It is really stupid to compare these games on PCs ,.. there are billions of different combinations of hardware on PC,.. So basically if you have the hardware to run it maxed out and with some tweaking (or forcing lot of aniso passes for instance or even above native resolution rendering),..Only depends on how much money you spend on GPU(s),CPU and RAM.. PC will definitely always look and run better,..(not by much anymore though,.. It is not a time where you had 3d accelerated graphics with at...

Well MGS Fulton does not actually work the same,.. Real Fulton is just a balloon on a string that plane hooks from the front, severs balloon and the thing is pulled to a plane at the rear,.. Mgs Fulton basically accelerates you just vertically,.. We don't actually know how it is supposed to work

It is not the dirt that is missing or that it has better textures,.. it is the fact that Xbox one version does not have sub-sufrace scattering of light hitting the skin at all,..
It also has subserface scattering on the skin in those cutscenes,.. while Xbox one is missing that altogether

Agreed looks pretty damn great on PS4 and runs pretty great,.. maybe little less anisotropic filtering that I'd like,.. but less washed out than on PC
God of War,.. maybe uprezed,.. but it is up-rezed perfection (graphically,..It is simply hard to imagine looking even better,..because even PS3 version is still one of the best looking games ever made),.. Game simply holds up better on it's own,.. It is it's own game and a different genre,.. Maybe comparing it to remastered DMC or Even Bayonetta2,..would be fair,.. and it is still one of the best action adventure games out there
