It depends, was it developed for ps5 and then over to the ps4 or was it developed to be release the same day.
Kind of like Witcher 3 for the switch.
They had to heavily downgrade it.

Define rough. I have over 100 hours in bloodborne (favorite game this gen) and it played pretty smooth.
I read that as not available on other console for a limited time and console talking about pc. Maybe I read it wrong.

I said this earlier about a different game.
If it was built for the any of the nextgen console to fully utilize the console and then bring a downgraded version of it to the last gen console then that’s okay as long as it’s not gonna be held back. Looking at miles and so far it doesn’t look held back.
Halo looked held back and that’s were ms got the most criticism from me. Especially since I love halo.
