Assuming the city they blanked out has 6 letters for the first name and 4 letters for the second name (since thats how many stars they put for each) Then there are only 9 cities that it could possibly be: Culver City, Canyon Lake, Foster City, Morgan Hill, Nevada City, Orange Cove, Shasta Lake, Suisun City, and Temple City.

Looks like they stole it to me. Sure they may have changed some stuff (actually think the user's map looks better) But look at it their both on a ship in the middle of the ocean, there is snow in both of them, and there is cargo on both of them. So maybe Epic didn't just copy and paste that guys map, but they stole his premise and made the map theirs.

Damn, I should have read all the posts before posting. I had a theory about where it was held and found that only 9 cities in California had 6 letters for the first name and 4 letters for the last name.
