Im worried by the japanese market. 3,900 is just to low. And 3 million overall also. They need to do something quickly or we may start seeing less games with less budget from japanese developers and that will sucks.
A simple math will show you that 4,000 a week is 16,000 a month. Compared to the 200,000+ ps3 sells each month in NA. Thats scary
ps. Xbox in Japan dont stand a chance and even though is selling a little more than ps3, 4,000 to 7,000 a week is not a good business...

Agree. And you never ever start charging for something that you offer for free for over 5+ years (including ps2).
However I think Sony looks bad at how two of their biggest games are having this kind of problems (same problems). If they were EA, Activition, etc. games, I expect that. But Sony games, common. I just hope they fix it when I receive my copy from Amazon.
Probably will not buy the game, so to me, this is worthless. But lately, it seems microsoft is spending so much money, that makes me think theyre going broke! (of course im exagerating ). In ps1 and ps2 era they were the aggressors, getting a lot of exclusives and paying $$ for good PR from third parties. Its just his opinion and thats fine. IMO i dont like the ps3 controllers for fps, but that probably have to do with playing more fpss on my 360. When i pick up the ps controller to play resistance it feels awkward, but within days it feels normal.

I know my brother will buy an xbox 360 cause of the price tag. But heck. Probably he will buy 3 to 5 games till the xbox dies. (and all will be tiger woods games and maybe one nba). He doesnt have internet connection, so he dont care about that. Thats the kind of people this will attract. But definitely the pro, elite and ps3 are better value for a gamer or a tech freak.

To weird for me. Japanese games are crazy. Ill buy it just for the hype. But I hope they fix all the problems from past metal gears. Problems that keep me away from finishing the game.
