I am pumped for a AAA multiplayer survival, however, Ubisoft has disappointed their consumer one to many times. I'll have to see what the downgrade will be.
Agreed. Let us take a look at PC gaming. There is no next-generation, it is all generations, but I don't see nothing innovative from games on my computer compared to games on my console. Games in general will always feel the same, because we have done almost everything possible in video games in terms of gameplay.
Either way, I will be enjoying Second Son on my PS4 tomorrow.

Second Son has better AI, graphics, story, characters, gameplay and receives a 7/10. Gameplay will never change from generation to generation, I can tell easily from Titanfall, which felt identical to COD.
And Titanfall received a 8/10 by Eurogamer...yeah, I'll judge it myself.
Morpheus is a project in development. I expect a late 2015 or 2016 release. Sony's studios are currently working on software and won't just stop for VR. If you are so worried move to Microsoft your saviour.
I love the mechanic wherever I hit the enemy they'll be affected different, such as when he hit the monster in the knee and fell to his other. I love Dark Souls, but that would have been an awesome mechanic.
Gameplay is the same as Metal Gear Solid 3. You can easily run and gun or just stealth through it. It feels like Splinter Cell because of the upgrade in terms of technology and gameplay mechanics, I don't really see a problem with that. Kiefer was just a poor choice, I don't understand what Kojima was thinking when he voice casted him. I would prefer it if the voice was a bit more deeper, or David came back.
@die_fiend Nope, Kojima lowered it to $30. Either way I am buying it for next-gen and using a $10 discount that came with my PS4.
@Jef257 That is a terrible price from a company stand point. VR technology is difficult to develop and for Sony's wallet. Oculus Rift developer model alone is $300. I would expect $300-400. $350-450 with camera included.

Agreed. InFamous SS had me sold on the PS4, which I bought two days ago. I'll also be playing some MGS this week and Killzone. I'll wait for Knack to go up on PS+
Not the same. I've seen several games on the XOne that takes about 3x or more longer than the PS4.
