Well. The PC beta played at 30FPS and i didn't have a problem with that.
The game played brilliantly, along side MSAAx4, maxed out.
30 Fps or not, I'm not missing this.
That mobile Gpu is the equivalent of a GTX 760 so you'll have no problem :)

What you need to realise is that while the Xbox One gets the game first I'd also advise you to expect a definitive edition to be multiplatform. That's includes PC and Xbone along side your PS4.

It has more to offer in terms of features and car selection than Driveclub. It also runs at 1080p, 30fps as does Driveclub.
I'll take a better game overall other than better rain effects on cars....
