I had to look up the trailer to see if it's worth it. https://youtu.be/hICikOQkl_...
I think it's cool they wanted to make this game for the PC, but it looks unremarkable. It doesn't even seem like the textures were updated. It just looks like typical LBP. Which would be fine, but it's called "Restitched" giving the assumption that it's remastered. I expect updated graphics.
E3 has become less relevant each year and one of the reasons is because of the way we receive our content nowadays. Back in the day it made more sense. Internet connections weren't as great. Youtube wasn't around. It was an event to watch E3, but today companies can easily deliver any announcement they want and on their time. They don't have to be tied to E3's June schedule. Nintendo has always been an innovative company. They saw the writing on the wall years ago. They starte...
I have an idea. Let's get Jack Black to host E3!
I remember when MS was testing digital downloads on consoles with Arcade Live on Xbox 360. Then slowly but surely triple AAA titles for digital download started sneaking on to XBL. It was such a big deal back then that news sites would announce, Gears 2 now available for digital download! It had a wow factor to it.
I have a feeling this game is gonna come to Xbox Game Pass. So I'll wait. I waited on Gris and then Gris got on Xbox Game Pass.
You never play online?
The lights are on but no one is home. Everyone abandoned ship lol.
Whenever a console is losing a console war the marketing tells you that they're not in competition.
Whenever a console is winning a console war the marketing tells you why they're beating the competition.
Reggie from Nintendo has done this many times over the years.
Who's been talking about it? LBP3 was a flop. Has it been making the news?
LBP1 & 2 were phenomenons at the time. There were fan pages on Youtube. Level making was huge. It was the talk of the town. Now no one talks about LBP anymore.
It's amazing how far this franchise has fallen. At one time it was the king of platformers. Now it's basically forgotten. I wonder if it will ever officially make a return?
I would say more like a continuation since the original game abruptly ends with so many unfinished storylines.
I always wanted to know what this game would basically look like on the Nvidia Shield TV.
At what point does photorealism just become filming real live actors?
It's the first time that no one from the original Gears team is involved. It'll be interesting to see what a new person can do with the franchise.
Angry Joe: You dun F***** it up, Sony!
This could be what ruins their launch. If you go by the timeline it's their turn to ruin their launch.
PS3 had a launch fail.
Xbox One had a launch fail.
No, I'm not defending Stadia but in a streaming service I expect to click on the game I wanna play and wait for it to connect and play. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to play the game.
What Geforce Now should have had us do is in the settings is sign in to all the services we belong to like, Steam, Ubisoft, Origin etc. At that moment Geforce Now then finds out what games we own on these services and verifies them all. Instead it's doing this for one gam...
I thought Geforce Now was gonna be a pick and play service but In order to play games on Geforce Now. You have to sign in to the corresponding service for that game. So for example if you wanna play Watch Dogs 2 you sign into Ubisoft, but it doesn't stop there. Now you need the games verification code. It's a pain.
What if it does? Will it matter? There's actually an advantage to no E3. Game companies can release press announcements, trailers and game play footage whenever they want. Rather than wait until June.
