Or MS and/or the developer may just have not wanted it in GP? Not every game comes to GP by default.
The answer is right there in the description:
“We know this is something other sci-fi franchise tend to avoid”
Other games avoiding it means it’s newsworthy.
Looking forward to this. 2023 is the year of Starfield.
Clearly you’ll need a third one too as a backup for when you forget to charge the standby.
Better to be safe than sorry!
The battery life is decreased from the already bad battery life? But I play $200 for the privilege? No thanks.
I wish they’d just go back to AA batteries, but if they won’t, at least give us removable rechargeable packs like those XB360 kits so we can have one charging while playing with the other.
The box runs COD MW2, Forza Horizon 5 etc., but cannot run Outer Wilds.
Must be the console /s
@Mr_Writer Which is to be expected. PS has always had a higher global brand appeal / sales numbers.
But both of them exhibited a sharp drop off after Black Friday - which is also to be expected and happens every year. Both were > 1m during BF. I expected higher numbers from PS5 though now that it is easily found / readily available to buy.
Both are still massively up from where they have been in the past months though.
The Switch continues to ...
Oh, so he means pounds and in the UK... well that's a different story. That is still about $250.
But also not surprising - Europe and the UK are heavily PlayStation areas. And demand varies by region - heck, you can even find PS5's on discount in some regions (not here in the States though).
Agreed, we also need a new Mario bros game - we haven't had one since WiiU.
Oh, add MK to that list too...
Just had a quick look online - I cannot find any Series S or X for '$200 or under'. 🤔
Only if they promise to fix the hookshot and introduce item crates :p
PS1 and 2 hitting 100m were much bigger achievements though.
The market was smaller back then and they weren’t double counting people who went and bought mid gen refreshes.
But the reality is, whatever the two consoles end up at, both will be considered a success and we’ll have an Xbox 5 and a PS6.
Plus subscriptions and engagement mean more than units sold nowadays, so it’s hard to judge anything by sales.
Is PlayStation dirty too?

Meanwhile, the reality is both are trying to do it:

Depending on the price I may be interested in ads, but wouldn’t be interested in waiting 6 months.
But it sounds like it’s one or the other, not both.
How do I get on the one dollar plan? Is that annual? They’re charging me $9.99/mo
Also it’s making 3bn dollars at $1? So there are 3 billion people subscribed to GP? That’s like half the planet…
Good to see everything selling well - and numbers are heavily up for all 3, I guess due to it being near Christmas.
The industry is 💪
“ To go from estimated 1.2m to estimated less than 600k is really big drop.”
The problem with your argument is… PS had a similar drop.
It’s almost like people buy more things during Black Friday…
Only the Switch hasn’t had a crazy drop off since Black Friday.
Except that isn’t true. The source is the same for all of them - retailers.
So they’re equally as accurate or inaccurate.
Having a blast with it so far. Highly recommend picking this up if you haven’t already - it’ll make you laugh more than any other game.
