Most ppl seem to miss the point. Valve are PC DEVELOPERS. They are the by far the best PC Developers and probs the only few games I still play on PC, games like Team Fortess, Counter-strike and Half Life. Get your facts straight. In most retailers from Portugal, Spain, France and Italy the PS3 still goes for 399euros. Sure some retailers might have it cheaper or one time offers; and even this monday there was some news going that the prices in countries like Portugal had gone down to 299euros. But I just checked retailers from Portugal and the price seems to be back up to 399euros.

What a good read. Never have I been so intrigued with a game. Even tho I will be buying this game day 1, I am curious on what reviewers gonna mark this game down on. Probs now say that there is too much replayability and the gfx put other games to shame and mark it down on that. Still I think that ND are gonna deliver the perfect next gen experience.

Your argument fails on so many levels. Remember a game called Too Human which came out exclusively for the 360? What was the budget in that? According to some reports the project was funded by Microsoft and had a massive development budget of 80 million. That pretty much makes it the game with the highest budget ever, after Shenmue I think. Compare Too Human and Killzone 2, and you will be embarassed at how silly you looked.
And NO games like KZ2 and Uncharted will not be poss...
Don't get some ppl. If you want a multiplayer game then buy a multiplayer game. You can't have an amazing singleplayer game like U2, R&C and GOW3 with multiplayer, because it won't work. I played the U2 beta and I thought it was good but thats not what I am looking forward to when I get the game.
Fact is the best multiplayer games, don't have great singleplayers or don't even have singleplayer mode.

So what if Sony finishes 3rd. They have already had the pleasure finishing first twice, something that will never happen to Microsoft, because lets face it they are nowhere near Nintendo nor Sony. As long as they keep me a happy gamer I cant complain :))
I cba to argue with a kid or mentally disabled who cant talk sensibly. If you were any clever you wud know there are certain products in which you cant order from other countries, or you have to pay a certain fee when it goes thru customs. UK is better market hence the console is cheaper. Use your head for once. Check retailers in EU countries and you will see that all the bundles are about 400 euros with two games.
Idk where you live but in europe it costs about 375 euros and 280 pounds in UK (just the console). FYI Sony is just getting momentum and by the end of PS3 lifecycle we will see who wins the console war...

I was about to pre-order this last night but then thought better wait and see if whether it was a misprint or not. Still i think amazon will sell it for a lower price but not that low. Maybe £30 to compete with shopto.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Ubisoft Montreal, Epic Games, Valve and Bungie 3rd party - and they are doing exclusive games for MS? And I probs didnt make myself clear, but most multi plat games are made for microsoft then ported to ps3 with some exceptions I think.
I know 360 attracts more third parties - but in future more third parties will not be able to ignore PS3 owners. Having first and second parties will ensure more quality and exclusive games. Instead of spending millions on DLC and exclusivity deals - they cud have invested in some talented developers. Just an idea...
Hate to say it, but, this list puts microsoft's list to shame. If only more 3rd Parties like Rockstar cud follow these developers, to bring more new and amazing IPs, this console war wud soon be over.
