actually if you stop your plus renewal and don't have plus anymore then you can buy that game. But i don't know why someone would wanna go without it, unless you're scrooge Mcduck or a Home only user. @PLASTICA-MAN You can wait, I waited about 3 weeks through june till july 1st when the new update came. My plus ran out June 4th but i waited till the july 1st a few hrs b4 the store updated till i renewed. I got all of june and july's plus updates too so i esentially got over 3...

Yeah it's always a week before on the the last thursday in NA, this isn't news. Reporting on this before is just trying to get hits and pure speculation. You will get a preview for NA when EU shows their lineup but maybe one game from there's will be coming here.
no this isn't news, i already knew i had to wait till later. It's always on a set day when they do every month, possibly earlier with overseas news showing what it will be at least partially here.

It turns out worse than than this for Microsoft, the numbers they released were from an an internal poll not official NPD numbers. PS4 selling at 270,000 and xbone selling at 195,000.
MS brought the ill will and skepticism upon themselves though with their many lies, blunders, self-inflicted wounds they've made in the past year so it takes time to fix that, maybe not till their next system.
MS may be better off selling XBOX to some investors but that's unlikely, MS is trying to built out a foundation not only for xbox but other devices and pc's so they'll take the loss as an investment like they have for years. Sony has always been a hardware business though so it's why their systems have had better quality but some didn't like their UI,just the opposite with MS. I remember sony making games as Sony Imagesoft before they made the first PlayStation if anyon...
I've let mine expire too in the past but no longer than a few weeks. during that time i could buy game i had received from plus but why bother if you're gonna renew that is. And when i went back to start up an expired game and it just checks my plus status b4 starting, it's never been a problem. I've had plus since a few months after it started.
