In the end, probably :) I'm very curious to see how Silent Hills does in terms of attracting new fans.
Same, the concept is super and the final game will be too. It does seem odd to hold this whole event only for such goofiness, though. Though it was about PT too.
THIS BLOWS MY MIND. It's just hard to believe. Good for Bungie though.
Blizzard be classy. I wonder if I ever raided with him.....
Not bashing but is there more than one gay mage in the game? If so then I might see your point, in that it could seem a tad forced. But I hardly think Dorian alone makes it a "fest."
Dragon Age is looking damn good. Some of the screens even look better than Witcher!
Mhmm. Oak's theme is deadly.
Same, it's really amazing how much work goes into these... the soundtracks are hours long! Gen III is amazing for iPod use. The older ones are too but the 8-bit style gets a bit grating eventually, even though the melodies are lovely.
The article mostly agrees with you, haha. It's very critical of PSN.
Totally agree. Though, some might say PSN is at that tipping point of being trusted, if they hadn't botched Destiny today. 2011 was a while ago.
Sony has been absolutely adored by gamers since E3 2013, but they still need to step it up on a few things. This is one of them. Another is Vita memory cards.
I think it's more like... Awakening raised the bar. It's now premier in that the announcement of a new game will be an OMG event. Maybe it already was for some fans, but not a huge slice of North American gamers.
Definitely. Even during dark times they never do anything TOO alienating (though they have cut it close a handful of times).
Recently though, even with Wii U struggles pre-E3, everyone seemed to like them well enough.
Agreed! If Smash can hype up the series then a Wii U entry could be perfectly timed. They also have the SMT x Fire Emblem crossover for Wii U in the works.
Yes! Today I was thinking about 2014's games and realized: Wait... this may actually be my GotY. Not sure what that says about 2014, but this game rules regardless.
Totally. Despite this being on Steam, it really does feel like a Nintendo exclusive. Awesome that Nintendo put a kiosk for it in their World Store in NYC too.
The 3DS version, which I'm currently playing, is pretty darn great. The layered effect looks lovely.
Right? Completely agree. If you destroy checkpoints in Shovel Knight it's pretty much the same way, though I only did that occasionally.
YESSS. They need to make Virtue's Last Reward compatible. I hope they do. Otherwise, PERSONA 4 GOLDEN BABY
The PS3 is straight-up my favorite console right now, and that's coming from a Nintendo guy. It really flourished into a beautiful butterfly, ya know?
That may be true. They could be holding onto the good stuff. But why make the Gamescom showing so similar to E3 then? *Shrug*
