I understand your point of view, but the way the facebook code is rendered (it's a very complexe website) made it impossible to go, actually I tried once in the beginning of the year and it told me to update my flashplayer version, of course on adobe's website it told me I had an unknown internet browser.
I think they all fixed this with 3.0 (or almost all). It's pretty cool but I'm sure the browser is still laggy.

I thought the lan tournament was a disaster because of network lag, you know P2P issues. It's worse than I thought.
I thought of almost the same thing, the problem is that limiting the account per IP address would also prevent brothers and sisters from subscribing to N4G. We can't also use the MAC (physical) address of the PC it wouldn't work. The solution (though it would kill N4G) is using a credit card, it's a unique ID system. However not everyone have a card, plus they could think it's a fraud.
But seriously I agree, the mods are so fanboyish.
something similar happened to me, I went from 8 to 9 then to 8. I noticed I had 9 bubbles on my personnal page, then lost it. I think there are biased mods, cause I'm neutral in the most possible way and there are stealth disagrees popping everywhere. The bubbles controversy.

this game on 360 could be very well possible. After all even though it has pretty graphics, i'm not too sure it pushes the PS3 like unchrted would do.
However just like some others mentioned, it wouldn't make any sense from a business point, with only about a 1m+ consoles in japan, this limits the potential sales it has, and this isn't the type of game that would cater this much for the 360 userbase in the states.
