At the end of the day if you want UMD (and you can still download with that too) you can have a psp3000. No problem.
The pspGo though is suited for those who are always travelling. Having no UMD's means that you can take this anywhere without a huge carry case of games, or just one game. Its the first truly portable console ever as far as Im concerned.

I played star ocean: second evolution on the psp and loved it. First JRPG I'd ever played.
Really looking forward to this actually, hopefully it'll release before FF13.
Its a great feature to have.
The one used in halo was brilliant and created one of the best internet shows ever, "Red Vs Blue."
Hopefully this tool will allow other creative users to generate their own series and you never know it may turn out to be a big hit on the internet.
Also if youve not seen Red Vs Blue give it a go, it wont suit everyones tastes but if you can get past the dated graphics there are some great laughs in there.

1) neither GT5p or forza 2 were that realistic when hitting into a wall.
2) also considering conservation of energy and momentum then in a crash bouncing back off a wall in a collision is exactly what would happen. The force before the crash is the same as it is before the crash, some is lost as heat, some is lost as sound, and some is lost through the car crumpling. The rest will be lost through backwards kinetic energy.

Maybe prison would have gotten him away from that, some disapline may have set the guy straight. At the end of the day that is what prison is about, its a punishment, but its also designed to turn you from an outlaw to a law abiding person, fit to be released.

People there is a reason why they sell the iphone and not the pspgo.
If they dont sell a pspgo in the store, then the consumer is more likely to buy a psp3000, which will potentialy earn them more revenue through UMD sales.
Its just a buisiness move, and a smart one.
I dont want to game on a PC because your never happy with your purchase.
I know that when I buy a console I will always get the best of it for at least 5-6 years without upgrade.
I also know that online I wont be loosing becuase soeone can turn their resolution higher than me, or give themselves a better draw distance. Its standard.
Its also got splitscreen play, which is hugely important to me.

On the one hand yes that guy was breaking and entering, but was that students life really in danger? He went down with a samuri sword, the burgalar could have lunged at him to get the sword out of the guy's hands.

It is a bit overpriced.
In the UK it is £40, this at the lest gets me a game and for slightly older games I could get two.
Not only that the main reason you think they would charge would be for dedicated servers, and yet on PSN sonys exclusives have dedicated servers for free...

I think overall for exclusives the ps3 is pulling ahead. Yes the 360 has more but most of these are old 2007 games which nobody wants anymore. And at the end of the day consoles are judged by the consumer in the present, not the past.
But then again the ps3 lacks the big hitters like halo 3 and gears of war 2.

I have my ps3 up vertically plus its right next to my LCD TV. After ages sometimes the fan kicks in but theres never been a big problem.
I just hoover the fan outlets every so often to keep the air flow as high as possible.
I thought it was a good title.
