Tencent money isn’t free when they make investment into studios they expect to make money back with MT
I wish more people understood just how big and wealthy Tencent as a company is. Tencent could buy everyone in gaming besides MS and still have a lot of money left over (just using that as an example) they are buying stakes in every company left and right

It seems the first game was the foundation and now they are going nuts with creativity. As long as developers have quality content they can make I am all for more games
But I do agree some of the other FF games also deserve love. I know many people don’t like remakes in general but during PS1-2 era we had some amazing games but they haven’t aged well so remakes is a great way to bring the game to current consoles
While you are right Sony is always upfront with what they will show. Also missed opportunity or not PlayStation is selling like hot cakes
Spider-Man 2 from one of the most creative studios in gaming ( insomniac games) compared to UBI copy and paste formula

Sony tells us beforehand what they will discuss yet people still complain. Personally I rather then do 2 of these but focus one of all 3rd party and indies and the other on exclusives
There is a market for these games. Especially on gamepass this franchise will have a dedicated player base. GT on PlayStation and forza on Xbox has been excellent for their respective brands
Also I think we are to the point where graphics can only go so far. Coming from PS2 to PS3/360 was a jump and since than wow factor has been less and less. Digital foundry do their thing and few fanboys get some bragging rights than that we know we are are getting
Final fantasy isn’t the problem it’s one of the few IP’s making them money. Square are just very confusing TBH. They release some great games but every year they also release shallow failures
Those who are blaming FF16 exclusive deal doesn’t understand that it may not have met sales expectations But it sold well and made profit. Also square got paid a lot by Sony upfront too. Square wanted FF16 to cover the cost of other failures which is absolutely ridiculous
Have we seen any game take advantage of current consoles? So why do we need even better consoles when developers can’t take advantage of the current ones

This is 7.5-8/10. And hopefully Bethesda can make major investments. Xbox fans are wrong saying it’s GOTY or 10/10. We have to be objective so developers can get the feedback needed to help make improvements

They just bought them not long ago. This is absurd. Embracer owns so many gaming studios and IP’s. They just don’t know to manage them right TBH
Give us saints row 1-2 proper HD remaster (3-5 million in sales confirmed as long as no major bugs)

MS wants gamepass only model. And I would say many Xbox fans are happy with that. Issue isn’t just these acquisitions it’s what Sony and Nintendo may acquire and take those games away from others too. People just don’t understand these moves by MS will have reactions that will take games away from Xbox

No I agree with you brother. Like I said I wish they would do less of them but with way more content. They have so many studios that are working on stuff yet we have no clue
And many of their studios have multiple teams so multiple games are in development
