I think things will change because the beta is taking place so early. It gives them time to fix what they can.
What worries me is when betas take place a month or less before launch like Socom and there's no time to fix things, it's more like a demo.
Is it push to talk? And what are the controls like, is their a zoom in and zoom out button like Socom or is it one button for both? I really didn't like that in Socom.

It is possible the dev would just have to flip the bill for the servers, but what small dev is going to do that when they could just have it run for free on Live.

That argument is getting really old. So @#@%ing what if they don't develop for PS3 its their choice. It doesn't make them any less of a developer.
I'm starting to really wonder if we will ever get voice messaging or chat on PSN. It wouldn't surprise me if MS had a patent for it and that's the reason we haven't seen it yet.

Its been said many times that they wont talk about a 360 or PS3 version until its released on the PC, so this is nothing new. If it wasn't they would just say so instead of shrugging. Shrugging it off normally means its something hes not supposed to talk about.

That's what I was thinking, start with something like that then work their way towards making it so your game launching party could talk seamlessly, then eventually just have a party system like Live.
MS drops HDMI.
Sony drops 2 usb ports, the other ports in the front and also the PS2 emulator since the release of the PS3. Hell the lack of componet cables makes it so the PS3 isn't even capable of HD out of the box.
