Ive read over 2K's statement several times and they haven't presented anything close to resembling evidence. All they did was make multiple nebulous accusations with out backing anything up.
Also, SupMatto wasn't selling info for subs. He was offering early access to his material for patreon subs. This is a very common practice among youtubers and not illegal in the least bit.

He didn't leak the info, Gearbox did. He just reported on it. And being a copyright holder doesn't give the power or the right to control or stop the flow of information about the product. Copyrights only protect from other developers bringing the same or far too similar products to market. 2K could get sued for what they're doing here.
