You took a bubble from me when I clearly had a legitimate gripe about a service I PAY FOR? Wow! You go, boy! Haaha
I don't know whether you're an overzealous Fanboy who can't take anything negative said about your golden product or you're just pissed off that I owned the ever living sh!t out of you, but I'm about to lay the smackdown on your fanboy ass yet again.
If I were such a Sony Fanboy as you claim, why did I go out and buy an new ELITE 360 when I already own a pre...
That laugh was totally worth waisting a bubble.
lol that's a pretty narrow view of the industry.
Would definitely have to be Call Of Duty 4 by a long shot. For the record, I personally think Ratchet and Clank was better than Super Mario Galaxy in the platformer genre. But I have to give it up for God of War 2, amazing game. Bioshock was just an average run-of-mill sci-fi shooter and needles to say, 'Uncharted: Why Do I Get The Feeling I'm Playing Tomb Raider Legends Without The BeWbZ Fortune' was nothing incredible or outstanding. Halo 3? Not really GOTY material but I'd give it best onl...
Last I checked it always does what it's supposed to so I really don't know what you're suggesting here.
Hahaha
Oh that is soo true. I can't stand the PS3 controller. It feels like a cheap, flimsy, mickey mouse design. Not only that but the Analog sticks have a bad design with the 'bubbled outward' surface on top instead of the concave design on 360 which is far better for thumb grip. It truly is a piece of sh!t! Also, you would think that developers would use the right trigger for the primary shooting button, but instead it's become common on PS3 games to use the right bumper as the main...

and you just happened to pick up a PS3 last night?
busted.. Sony B!tch" [/END QUOTE
Haha
Wow, sounds like you have it all figured out, champ. Did your momma ever teach you to look before you leap (passing assumptions as fact).
See attached images that make YOU look like a the Fanboy her...
I bought a PS3 last night and I was amazed by no ads on PSN. I thought for a free service it would be clustered with ads. In the case of Xbox Live, there's ads on every blade which takes up almost 25% of the page. What's even worse is I pay for XBL. Hahaha
I mean, when you really think about it, how fun could it actually be (unless you have no social life outside the virtual world)? The idea sounds stupid to me and it's nothing I'm actually looking forward to on my PS3...At all in fact. I really could care less about it.
You guys have it bad in UK. In North America all the local channels are free and broadcasts in HD (1080i). Also, some of you in NA really need to switch to Comcast Cable. At any given time Comcast On Demand offers over 120 High Definition content/channels. But this comment was just a reply to the first 10 comments or so I read. But yeah, 1080p broadcast is not gonna happen for awhile so better plan on buying HD-DVD or Blu-ray if your going to buy a 1080p TV.
From what I see here, COD4 looks far better. The dull colors and smudgy edges makes this game look bland. I thought this game was supposed to knock it outta the park, graphically? Hey, I'm sure the game as a whole will look better in motion but I'm just being as honest as I can here. Not impressed opposed to the status and hype this game is receiving.
When are you Sony fanboys going to pull your head out of your asses and look at the bigger picture here? Yeah, lets blame EA when in fact it's Sony who opened a can of worms on the INDUSTRY with the PlayStation 3 tech. This is a business industry so tell me why EA should work harder for le$$? How much profit do you think a game developer could get out of a PS3 game vs investment and man hours to overcome the programming nightmare which Sony forced on the industry? Perhaps with a larger user b...
BWHAHBAHAHAHAHA
Oh man, that was hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.
VC-1 was introduced in 2006 by Microsoft and is not a lessor format. You're referring to AVC and MPEG-4 part 10 which made it's debut back in 2003 where I don't see any indication it was "headed by Apple", but rather the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group (VCEG) together with the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) as the product of a collective partnership effort known as the Joint Video Team (JVT). Ahem *straightens nerd glasses* Yeah, that was totally copy/pasted. Haha
lol
WTF are you talking about? VC-1 is a superior codec to MPEG-4. MPEG-4 was introduced back in the 90's while VC-1 is an evolutionary step above MPEG-4. At the beginning of this format war, HD DVD used VC-1 and multiplatform movies were compared on both where HD DVD had the upper hand and looked better. Now Blu-ray has adopted VC-1 codec and the quality is even.
You've got to be a 'retard' more interested in 'ice cream' to pass up that deal! If Toshiba offered more deals like that, the mass/majority of consumers WILL buy and not even the PS3 could stop it.
Quote: "Dusting off the original retail box from storage we carefully placed the 360 in, coupled with the PSU and a substantial amount of original packaging." /End quote
Sorry, idiot, but Microsoft ships YOU a pre-paid UPS shipping box in which you package the damaged Xbox 360 in, then ship it off to the repair center. WTF is he talking about "the original retail box"? Secondly, you don't send your Power Supply or your HDD with it and the Power supply is tes...
Why can't people just accept the fact that gamespot rates games on how good/bad they were? Why has there always got to be some conspiracy behind gamespot if they scored your anticipated game low or your rival console's game high? Whether or not the game made a positive or negative impression on gamespot has nothing to do with following the crowd and giving it the same score as everybody else. Not everybody is going to receive the exact same impression from a game. But I wouldn't expect the &q...
You should try something other than a Walmart connection because I never lagged on COD4 XBL. There was one morning last Saturday where the server was down for a few minutes that I noticed and that's it.
Gears of War still remains supreme
