I really believe HL3 will be announced next E3. I think they are going for the gold with it. It takes a lot to make a long fps these days, and they've always done that. They have a ton of money from Steam and I think HL3 won't be done until it is THE masterpiece. So I say, good on them for that. The time is worth the masterpiece.

Yes COD is a military shooter. People who call it arcadey are stupid. When have you ever played an arcade game anything like COD? And BF has deathmatch, making barely any different than COD. BF just offers a little more. The better point is, FPS online games, and BF will overtake the crown first.
Oh please, they're military shooters. What audience to you think has increased the sales of BF3 to near COD sales? People who play military shooters. (COD fans. Current and former.)
And also I mean on a daily basis, BF4 is out pre-ordering CODG. BF4 has way more of a hype machine around it.

Did I say it was overrated? I said I got a feeling. Mainly because I think the game looks like it lacks too many things about good games to be the greatest of all time.
In comparison, as much as I liked Uncharted 2, I didn't buy into the whole 'greatest game ever made' thing. It was good, but I think it was pure PS fanboy hype.
I'm looking forward to playing it and I'm sure it's great and I love ND's games, but I got a feeling it's being overrated, just like Bioshock Infinite...then the dust settled.
People feel good about something being 'The Best' in their time, and are also quick to forget all the other stuff they've ever played when you are hyped and focused on 1 game.
Wish the stayed PS exclusive. Sony needs to buy them.
