Phil Spencer is really promoting this game hard. I'm happy for the fans who are looking forward to it, but it just highlights that there's a lack of exclusive Xbox One games for Microsoft to promote.

It's time for Capcom to bring the franchise back to home consoles. It's a massive market and no exclusivity deal is going to pay better the 50 million+ install base of the PS4. Also the 20 million + of XBO. Switch version will be nice too!

Microsoft said at E3 time last year that Fallout 4 would be coming to Xbox Scorpio. The quote about the high resolution makes me think that it will be an console exclusive. If the PS4 can run it, it would be silly to leave out a PSVR user-base of a million customers.

If the Scorpio has its own separate editions of Skyrim and Fallout 4 you can say 'the Scorpio version' or talk about a 'confirmed' version. If however the Scorpio is using the Xbox One game discs/downloads then you say that the Scorpio version is getting its own patch.
PS4 version of Andromeda is getting a PS4 Pro patch.
