right, it is the same old stuff, as are most games coming out of Japan these days, they are in a creative drought. Yes Halo3 was more of the same old but at least they mixed it up a little by adding next gen features like theater, the customization stuff and the online interactions like film save. I dont think it is all bad however, i would not want to see some games change too much. MGS4, KZ2, FF, and RFOM2 will probably be more of the same old crap as well, i think they should lose no more ...

if he wants to say the PS3 outsold the 360 then he should use the numbers from the region where it may have actually occurred, does that not make sense? Come on guys, wake the F*ck up. He cannot use those numbers because they are FAR lower than we are being told, and he knows that, European numbers are extremely unreliable, only the manufacturers know what they shipped in those regions, and Sony aint tellin cuz VG is making them look far better than reality over there.
i had the same problem before i got my PS3, i only wanted to play MGS4, so i could not justify the purchase, i later got the PS3 anyway regreted it and sold it but that is not the point, the point is all you have to do is find a few other games on 360 you might want to play, go pick up a 360 arcade, you already have online and all that crap on PS3 so you only need a barebones 360, when you get sick of it sell it for cheap.

Then why did he cite the US numbers only? I know why, because there is no reliable proof or numbers to prove that the PS3 is outselling the 360 in Europe. Also becuase the US market is more important to them, that is why they put Europe on the back burner and released the console in the US first.
HDDVD players are so cheap I would hardly call them a rip off, Have you seen the list of HDDVD exclusive films lately? To pay 125 bux for a HDDVD player, (keep in mind HDDVD has better picture quality than most Bluray movies) and have all those movies to watch, alone is worth it, far from a ripoff, now is the time to buy HDDVD, just keep your bluray player as well.
