I used to lean a bit when I would play flying or racing games. Finally I broke myself of that habit, and now they are ENCOURAGING extra body movement while using a controller!!! DAMNIT I CAN'T WIN!

ANimations look great, but the graphics don't wow.
The textures (I know it's a cam corder video) are not very rich, and some of the character models look no better than those in the last SPLINTER CELL installment.
Games like Assassins Creed and HEAVENLY SWORD display much more advanced visual techniques, so at a glance, or in screenshots, MGS4 is not the cream of the crop
I don't think a lot of peoople understand the MGS games. They have a definite cult following...

Simple, straight-forward game with great graphics and controls. The hand to hand combat was always fun. Kind of a timing-based mini game within the real time gameplay
