Boring ass conversation. No such thing as GOTY. I've said this like a billion times.
Sales alone should not dictate this.
And as far as we know what floats the boat of one gamer another may hate.
So you CAN compare games "in class" like Gears of War vs Uncharted because they are third person shooters and they are action adventure games, but you cannot place Gears, Uncharted, Skyrim, Call of Duty, Battlefield 3, Need For Speed, L.A Noire,...
Rocksteady + Superman = JIZZ
You can thank Gamestop for this nonsense. HOWEVER, i think its understood that you wont be taking pictures of crashes and events unless your intention is to share and for that you need the Online Pass.
Bottom-line, buy new and problem is non-existent. Buy used and your in for a world of hurt.
You can ban the game but you only hurt yourselves. If publishers get the idea that customers don't want to buy games other than shooters, guess what that's ALL your gamin...
No, they get persecuted. Buy new, or wait for a sale from the publisher (they do it ALL the time). Especially through sh*tty services like Steam.
Buying used from Gamestop that's just putting money in third party's bank account where no money gets recycled into the industry AT ALL, therefore we as gamers pay when the "industry" comes up with new and creative ways of recouping some of those lost billions in revenue.
So in short stop feeding those bozo...
Didn't know it was MMO. Suddenly, I lost interest. Damn I had it on my radar for years. Well maybe next go round.
Flamebait.
Is this for real? Cause if it is this is a hot load of bullsh*t!
FU*K Capcom!
Man listen here.
I don't care about exclusivity or anything like that. I just like great games and Uncharted since inception has qualified in that category time and time again.
Part 3 just keeps the trend strong and lovely.
So never mind the nay sayers and check your friends and peers when they say that Uncharted 3 is pure WIN!
Now go buy the thing and show Nathan some love.
The video game industry and every other industry in the civilized world professor.
What else is there to read in N4G?
If you cant concentrate for a significant amount of time you cant do no marathon sessions of COD or Battlefield or Gears of War I can tell you that much.
I think she needs to check her facts again.
I'm 10000000000000000% for this idea!
You don't say?
Zzzzz
Why?
Oops.
I apologize N4G. I should have looked and updated lineup. I didn't realize that there lots of titles where confirmed.
I stand corrected. I will get the 3G Vita then I just confirmed my order.
The line up I saw where games I never even herd of before.
Doesn't matter. If you have a family with children of the age of 5 and above then get the Kinect. Its good family fun and it provides another means of "family" entertainment.
While "core" gamers will get hooks into their games with Kinect, which I'm sure will get better implemented with time.
(SORRY TOM CLANCY ENDWAR YOU WHERE TOO AHEAD OF YOUR TIME)
The bread and butter of the Kinect will be its family business. There is no shame in that a...
Nope. Not because of price, the line up of launch titles is horrible. Worse than the 3DS lineup. Ill wait a bit.
Why are they honored? Tomb Raider looks about as different to Uncharted as Uncharted looks to Mario Brothers.
From what I saw the new Tomb Raider looked more like Survivor (if it was real).
While Uncharted has always had its feet firmly planted in the Indiana Jones side of the equation since inception.
So they can be honored all they want, its not necessary. Sounds like plagiarism to me.
I'm afraid that time has passed.
The word on the street, is that we are going digital, the cloud.
This was made clear not by Microsoft, or Sony (although they had a hand in it), or Nintendo, it was the BROAD users base of Netflix, the underperforming Blu-Ray, piracy of movies and music and the selling and trading of physical media....but the nail in the coffin is Disney.
They all but confirmed they would be going into the cloud. They are the single biggest seller o...
That's why I didn't bother watching the CALL OF DUTY AWARDS SHOW.
Every with two cents worth of sense knows that Battlefield was the innovator this year.
I suppose EA refused to pay the awards show and Activision had the money to spare.
