Yeah, how dare anybody disagree with you. I really enjoyed the game a lot, but this guy hits on some good points that the other reviews completely ignored. I think this guy is wrong about Elizabeth though, she felt very much alive and that we had a connection. Most of the other things he says has some merit.

Far Cry 3 is one of the worst games to come out in a few years imo. There aren't many games that bore me as much as FC3 does. It's got amazing graphics, but the gameplay feels straight out of a 2005 shooter. It's repetitive and all of the NPCs in the game might as well be cardboard cutouts. They don't feel real at all.
Exactly. I've also played some seriously shitty games that scored lots of 8.5s or better. Far Cry 3 is one of the best recent examples, imo one of the worst games in years. Same goes for the new Tomb Raider.
