After watching it again, you can clearly see lag between movements. Doesn't look any more innovative than the 2003 PS EyeToy if you ask me.
Making it smaller won't solve the problem. You need to make it bigger. Internally, it needs the space for room to breathe.
Killzone 2 is not a casual game. You won't see the same typical 12 year old boys that play Halo on K2.
