The best thing about this headset is the mute button. Nothing beats that. The on-screen status of the headset is just icing on the cake.
This isn't a problem to me because I don't shut down my computer at all. Even when I don't use it.

Isn't it obvious they're talking about the consoles only? You don't have to bring up the PC all the damn time because news flash, WE ALL know PC is and always will be superior in the graphics department. But putting the PC aside, UC2 does look like one incredible looking game for a console.

There are minor hacks out for the PS3 but it is nowhere close to what you're seeing on the XBOX1, PSP, Wii, DC, 360, PS2, DS, etc...
The only hack known to run on the PS3 is the Bluray Java hack, and th PS2 swap magic disc homebrew, but that's pretty much about it. lol. You won't go far with that. I won't bother explaining to you why Nissan (yes, a real life auto maker) has specifically chosen Polyphony Digital to design the computer for the 2009+ R35 Skyline (yes, a real life car in the real world). Too much exclusives for the PS3. It's not fair to the competition. The 360 already suffers massive failure rate, now it has to suffer having no games now? The 360 is now the saddest console to own.
Everyone wants a piece of Gran Turismo because it is simply the best racing simulator out there. The only way you're going to play it though, is if you have a PS3. Simple as that.
