1000 dollars per hour isnt enough for a living? and yeah i know its less because u also have to do autiditions and prep work etc but i dont think anyone should be complaining with that kind of hourly rate.

I cant remember hearing anyone that wasnt totally amazed by GTA3 at the time. They might not have liked the gameplay but if you're talking about games that defined a generation GTA3 belongs on the top of the list.
@generic check out OpenAI and how they beat the best teams in dota2. They ran i dont know how many simulations of games at the same time at an increased speed and combined all that knowledge to create an AI.
I think the problem is that AI is just too advanced to recreate for every new game you make. Its a whole profession by itself and too much of an investment.

talked about the OW1 servers closing a lot with my friends. It would just be nice to go back every now and then and play the game that you played for 6 or so years. Especially with all the issues going on (although for me they are now resolved) it just left a bad feeling behind.
I am enjoying OW2 a lot though, double shields being gone really makes for a better game imo.

What i liked about ow1 is that i could just not play for a while and not feel like i was missing out. Now it feels like im on some sort of treadmill.
@orchard i agree with a lot of stuff that you're saying but not that it is profitable. We have no clue about that at all. I personally think that they might be losing money still. Gamepass was designed as a marathon not a sprint, they need to invest (losing money) to be succesfull with it in the end. I don't think that u can use "because gamepass still exists its profitable" as an argument at this point in time.

I'd prefer Nintendo to buy them instead of closing down. I feel like it could be a good platform for them. They never had cutting edge graphics so being on the switch would help them in that regard.
Read a bit more into it an indeed for some countries u had to have a phone contract (by a major provider). Glad they went back on that decision but its still stupid to being with. Preventing cheaters is a thing ofc, but making ur game not easily hackable is also a thing.

@chris large patch updates? they basically stopped patching the game a looooong time ago. There was no need for an Overwatch 2 at all actually if they just kept updating the game on a regular basis. Maybe make the characters 5 euros each or smthn since it was not sustainable to keep producing content and no1 buying the cosmetic boxes. They were also too generous with people that played enough pretty much being able to get all skins besides a select few that were only purchasable with money. T...
I hope they let the Octopath/Triangle Strategy team do it in 2d-hd. The game was basically made for that
