I think he just got fed up by people's complaining and accidentally spilled the beans
what first party games did Sony release? and they also closed a studio not that long ago, I think this article applies for sony as well, no first party games released yet.
wasn't that only the early access version though?
if I were a massive company I wouldn't make VR games either. It's so much risk, first you have to nail making a game for VR, which we've seen is really hard to do. Secondly, the vr market is very fractured considering how small it is. Quite a decent amount of headsets for such a small space, all which have different specs, so then you gotta pick the right one. 3rd is needs to sell an astronomical amount relative to the install base for a AAA VR game to pay off. Too much if's a...
I can't really remember if I tried xcom 1 on the hardest difficulty but I gave xcom 2 on the hardest difficulty and ironman plenty of shots and it just seemed impossible. I don't often give up, but that game beat me.
I assume there is a pc version of this? Never got to play these games back in the day so it's tempting to try them out now.
exactly, each on their own wouldn't be a big deal but as history has proven, the publishers will try to push things to their absolute max until they get a drama the size of EA's pride and accomplishment bullshit and only then will changes be made. Don't let them get away with things, don't let them lie to you and give you a different product than advertised.
thanks for making me laugh lil bro XD most violent BY MILES you gotta be joking me
@mrbaskerville go look at some "gameplay" for Nikke and then question if the devs feels the need to censor stuff.
thats bs, there's countless streamers from the US that stream(ed) D4.
then why did Mortal Kombat have green juice instead of blood in some countries?
I personally wasn't against or for the open world but since they wanted to push it so much they should have made it one of the most rewarding things to do in the game, which they just didn't. The horse was awful though, such bad controls of it
Ever heard of a game called Doom or Wolfenstein, detective?
Also quake 3 arena was made by ID, which at the time wasn't part of Bethesda.
Not sure why you're getting agrees. an awful lot of console gamers are overemotional twinks ready to go to war over a plastic box, I'll take being a pc gamer then.
Speaking about overgeneralizing much.
@redemption the devs didnt wanna censor it, I can assure you that. Their other game had you looking at backshots of anime girls in thongs during gameplay, if you can even call it gameplay.
you're free to play their mobile game where the gameplay is literally looking at some anime girls asses. It's called Nikke and it's absolute dogshit.
I have no issues with chars like this but I do not want or need shirtless modes in my games. Leave it to the modders or something.
welcome to the world of arpgs, matchmaking doesnt happen there and it doesnt need to have matchmaking. If you wanna play with other people you can talk to them, thats why there's hubs and chatboxes in the game.
The problems with d4 was the terrible endgame and itemization.
why are you even comparing witcher or arkham to d4? They don't have the same business model. Your punchline "a sale is made" is cool and all, but d4 is not an offline, single player rpg. It has a battle pass, cosmetics to buy and by the look of it yearly expansions. Every 3 months the game gets changed up and they try to incentivize you to buy things because the cosmetics you can earn ingame look dogshit.
Your logic is super flawed, diablo 4 is a gaas game.
@fox it was maybe 2 outlets that made a stupid woke statement, not every journo. Not even close.
I think the director himself crying about that the game should have gotten better reviews might have had something to do with not getting a sequel. That was just a pathetic display on his part.
most games are ripoffs of something with their own spin on it, except we call it iterating. As long as the so called "rip offs" are fun and good, I'm all for it.
