part of the testing is to use the disc they sent you...that is why they sent you a copy of the game on the new format...
FedEx dropped mine off about an hour ago...have not had a chance to put it in yet...but will soon

and if he violates any of the stipulations of the settlement he owes Sony $10 grand for every violation...

probably because they drank his kool-aid and thought he actually had a chance of winning and making hacking the PS3 legal...
his "boycott" is simply a means to try and save some face in the matter...if the rumors are true he legally can no longer own any Sony products...
which means Sony is boycotting his money...not the other way around...
