Like this game didn't look ridiculously good to begin with, now they're adding upscaled 4K compatibility and HDR. I have a feeling that owners of other systems are going to be mad with envy.

It does yes, what I'm basically alluding to is that I've had a PS4 game in the form of Infamous Second Son since long, and I don't have a PS4 yet, so I can't update the damn game, much less play it! And I'm a sucker for a cheap laugh! Oh c'm'on, some dudes in here need to chill, lol, all the disagrees already. You're right, stay very very stern, this is a website about videogames after all, composure is de rigueur like you're top tier military dudes discuss...

If only that 1GB extra ram could be used to make the web browser faster 'cause on the PS3 it's not great, and I heard the PS4 web browser is not all that either.

Cool! I have the game already, let's take a look!

*opens case and takes disc out*

Let's see...

*inserts game in PS3*

"This game is not supported on this system"

*shrugs and proceeds to unplug router*

*inserts fingers in wall socket to try and download patch*

Great to hear that, but arcades, errr....
*crickets chirp*

Well, they still exist somehow in Japan (no, I don't understand how either, don't even try to figure this out, it's Japan), so it gives us hope that the game will at least get ported to the PS4/Xbox One at some point, when the Japanese are done inserting their hard-earned yen coins in those late-'80s-early-'90s one-armed-bandits.

But Sega, I'm still waiting for Da...

Sweet. The game is a feast for the eyes on the PS3 already, so it must be quite impressive to see it run (or better yet: play) in 4K @ 60 fps on the PS4 Pro!

Marseille, France's second largest city, sadly known during the '70s for being the home of clandestine labs that produced heroin of terrific purity (ironically after a recipe was found to make "Pastis", the local anise-flavoured spirit and apéritif, of terrific quality), which was later shipped to the USA in one of the biggest criminal scheme ever, which would go down in history as the "French Connection".
Nowadays it's just essentially a third-wo...

It's incredible the support this game keeps getting, two years after it released still. But I thought Evolution studio had closed, so who's developping that?

That's beside the point though, those characters weren't appearing in games based on real events (not even Ezio, no). If a mass-market cultural product about the birth of, say, jazz for example, had featured white people, I bet you'd question the moral integrity of the people who made it.

"they say Battlefield 1 is making a political statement about race"

At that level of "PC", when all you have on the cover of your game that's supposed to take place during a well-known conflict occurring in Europe in a time when it was completely white and christian, is an african-american dude, when people of color were almost nowhere to be seen during that conflict, while France and its "poilus", or Russia (which were among the main prota...

Another The Elders' Scrolls game, when I still haven't finished Oblivion, lol. These games are fantastic, but so huge that they can almost be seen as alternate lives. Well, this little guide should help me get farther in the game than I ever got or probably will ever get in Oblivion.
Love the sound of the spell called "Mayhem"! I wonder if it was in Oblivion?

The Pro obviously, considering the measly price difference (comparatively to the benefits you get at least). One thing kinda worries me a bit though: doesn't overclocking the CPU make it more prone to overheat? If so, wouldn't that make the PS4 Pro less reliable than the PS4 slim?
Anyway, my receiver doesn't even have any hdmi socket, and for some reason Sony decided to do away with the optical audio socket on the slim, while they apparently retained it on the Pro (go fig...

I don't know how anyone already playing on the PS4/Xbox One could want to go back to these games honestly. They were good for their time (good, not as fantastic as many reviews made them look like back a few years ago), but when you have access to Batman Arkham Knight, I can't see any reason why you would want to go back to them, that would be a total regression. Much much smaller city, no batmobile, graphics that are a world away...

Seriously I've been chomping...

Well, the box itself could've looked a bit better I suppose. But who cares about the box after all, it's the content of the box we're all interested in! Komm zu Vati PS4 Pro!

"VR gaming is currently out of reach for the masses due to the cost; Microsoft are about to change that."

Sony already just did. Where is that guy coming from?
Anyway, nice to see Microsoft be Microsoft again: they let the others (typically: Sony) test the waters first to see if there isn't any shark, then only they go and claim to be opening the way.
They let Sony release their PS VR to see if it had any remote chance of being a success, and...

Overly complicated level up system? Right off the top of my head: The Elders' Scrolls series! I love Oblivion for example, but after 60 hours in I'm still level 4 or 5 I think. It's a lot more natural in japanese RPGs.
Things they could 've pointed out at JRPGs would rather be like, the obligatory last portion of the game with rocks floating in the air (in many many japanese games actually), the tweeness of some characters, dialogs, stories, and more, but the level up...

The analog stick is an innovation that's often wrongfully attributed to Nintendo, when actually Sony's revision of the Dual Shock in 1998, which added the two analog sticks we know today, precedes it. It's not by far, like only a month or two I believe, but still, for those that like that the church sits right in the middle of the village, here you go.
