One of the very best superhero game... actually one of the very best game full stop. And it can only be played on the PS4. It's crazy what Sony can make happen sometimes!
With Spidey-Chrome filter on, it looks uncannily like a movie. Now if only we could manage to convince Insomniac to make the game playable with filters on at all times, like what Naughty Dog do with their Uncharted games, it would be awesome!
They sure did learn from their mistakes, and have done many things right, including purchasing studios, but they still don't have anything of the caliber of Naughty Dog, Santa Monica Studio, Guerilla Games or Media Molecule, so Sony will still have a say in that.

I'm not quite convinced by the very end (epilogue end) of this game, by the way Dutch reacts toward Micah, how he spent so much time with him hiding in the mountains when he had been told who he was and had good reasons to not trust him, esp. seeing how Micah was a recent member in the clan, and just like that he... I won't say more so as not to spoil it for those who are yet to finish RDR2, but I feel the final sequence could've been longer and more dramatic...
I somehow doubt the PS5 will be able to run GT Sport (assuming it will have BC with PS4 games, which I totally do) in 8K and 120fps. I do believe Sony are designing the PS5 so it will try to run some of the less graphically demanding games in 8K, but I think it will very seldom happen, and certainly not in 120 fps, and certainly not games of the magnitude of GT Sport...
Looking back, GTA IV just wasn't that great at all, honestly.
That said, games like Castlevania SOTN or Secret of Mana aren't there either and that's a problem.
I gotta admit... RDR2 has made me seriously consider getting a horse. On top of that the game has really sold me on some key aspects of the cow-boy life. Now I understand why there are still people like that in the USA, wearing , what do you call it, stetsons (?) and riding horses.

The PS5 will play PS4 games, both disc,based and digital. It's a 100% given, you'll see. It will also improve the graphical fidelity of PS4 games.
On topic, well, I gotta say this new rumor, if true, makes it easier for me to swallow the purchase of my PS4 Pro in december 2016. I feel we can just wait til 2020 for the PS5, just to make sure it really offers a true next-gen leap compared to even the PS4 Pro. I've been having doubts about buying a console this lat...
Coming to think of it...Sony has probably gotten wind that MS's intent is to reveal the NeXbox at E3 2019, and they could be thinking of stealing MS's thunder by doing the same as they did with that PS4 reveal in NYC in February 2013, yes. If true, that would indeed preclude them from having also an E3 showing, and leave room for another, more in-depth showing of the PS5 by the end of 2019, right before the winter holidays and the release, just to make sure the hype level is in overdr...
