I think GT5 actually has 235 premium cars, with a maniacal level of detail which can only be compared to reality, and the rest is standard cars, but even those standard cars look better than the ones in forza or w/e other game.
Even if you're buying the game just for the 235 premium cars, you still get your money's worth, in my opinion. You can think of the rest as icing on the cake.

I'm sick and tired of that hoax that PD supposedly visited Turn10's booth to supposedly take a few pages off them book to make GT5. Nobody has ever actually seen the PD guys there, the only photo available shows that translator guy, and that's it (and the website on that link you give doesn't even show that photo by the way). It's Eurogamer! What do you expect from them?

Joystick looks good but that's it. The lever is a pear-shaped one (as opposed to a ball on top of a stick) and the placement of the buttons means it's practically incompatible with other fighters *sigh*
