I'm just starting to get into it. It's a lot better than everyone says, and it definitely has some funny moments. The huge toad comes to mind.
I was very surprised, considering the moments of nudity and very dark themes.
Halo 3 is also the third game in a series, and has been out for much longer. So what's your point?
It was cancelled because Duke himself hasn't got the depth of characters like Drake and such? Looks like someone doesn't really understand the character. He was a fuc***g parody of '80s actions heroes. Not everyone wants every protagonist in a game to have hidden depths to their characters. Believe it or not, some gamers may just want to enjoy the game and laugh at how Duke parodies elements of pop culture.

For proving my point. Gears of War 2 looks like sh!t compared to a year old build of God of War 3.
It wasn't THAT bad, but I still preferred the Japanese VAs. Some of the English VAs were extremely annoying. The R&D guy comes to mind.

So Sega, if time constraints are your excuse, financial constraints are my excuse for waiting to pick this up used.
I thought it was an 18.3 GB install fpr the PS3 version. I was thinking "Holy Sh!t" :P
If it continues to make money for Sony, resulting in better funding for games, then I don't really mind. After all, it's not like you have to use it.
